Crysis PC es un shooter en primera persona ambientado en un mundo de ciencia ficción. En el año 2019, un colosal asteroide impacta contra la Tierra. El gobierno nortecoreano acordona el archipiélago en el que ha impactado con la intención de apoderarse de los secretos del asteroide. Los Estados Unidos, por su parte, envían un equipo de élite para reconducir la situación.

Pero en medio de estas tensiones, el asteroide se abre y de él surge una nave alienígena, generando una esfera de energía que cambiará por completo el clima de la tierra. La invasión de la Tierra ha comenzado.

En Crysis PC deberemos adaptar nuestras tácticas, armas y movimientos para sobrevivir y evitar la invasión alienígena. El entorno estará continuamente sufriendo cambios y tendremos que modificar nuestras armas en tiempo real. En cuanto a los enemigos, hay una variedad de especies alienígenas que estarán dotadas de inteligencia artificial. De esta manera, utilizarán tácticas militares para combatir con nosotros.
